Professional-Grade Metal Repair. No Welder Required.

Cracked aluminum frame? Broken copper pipe? Damaged iron bracket? The Low-Temperature Flux-Cored Aluminum Welding Rods let you make strong, lasting metal repairs with nothing more than a windproof lighter or a basic welding torch. No welding machine, no special skills, no expensive equipment.

Heat the workpiece, rub the rod on it, and the flux-cored material flows into the joint and bonds on cooling. Clean, strong, and permanent.

    Key Features

    • No Welding Machine Needed - works with a windproof lighter or basic torch; accessible for home repair and professional use alike
    • Low-Temperature Activation - melts at low temperature (approx. 380-400 degrees C / 716-752 degrees F); safe and easy to control
    • Multi-Metal Compatibility - bonds aluminum, copper, iron, stainless steel, and most common metals
    • Flux-Cored Formula - built-in flux cleans the surface as it melts; no separate flux needed
    • Strong and Durable Bond - creates a solid, lasting repair that holds under stress
    • Wide Application - suitable for automotive, aviation, marine, construction, HVAC, and home repair
    • Easy to Use - simple 5-step process; no prior welding experience required
    • Compact Size - 7.2cm / 2.83 inch rods; easy to store and carry

    How to Use

    1. Prepare the area to be welded and make sure the surface is clean and dry
    2. Use a flame to heat one end of the stick until it starts to melt
    3. While it is melting, apply the melted material directly to the area that needs welding
    4. Continue heating lightly as needed until the material is evenly applied
    5. Let the welded area cool naturally before touching or moving it

    Applications

    • Automotive body and frame repair
    • Aviation and aerospace component repair
    • Marine and shipbuilding repairs
    • Construction and structural metalwork
    • HVAC copper pipe and fitting repair
    • Home appliance and tool repair

    Safety Notes

    • Use in a well-ventilated area
    • Keep away from children and pets
    • Avoid direct contact with the flame and melted material
    • Wear protective gloves when necessary
    • Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and moisture

Note: These rods are made from a brittle alloy material. Some rods may arrive with minor surface cracks or breaks due to their brittle nature - this does not affect performance or bonding strength.
